A Little About Us

We are the robotics team for Madisonville Junior High School. We are a part of FTC, the FIRST Tech Challenge.

 

FIRST is a tech based company that has multiple levels for different audiences. The competition is based around the 6
Core Values of Fun, Inclusion, Discovery, Innovate, Teamwork, Impact, as well as Gracious Professionalism and Cooperation.

 

Our team has a total of 13 team members from both seventh and eight grade. Including new seventh graders from our sister school, Lancaster Elementary.

Our coach, is Ms. Crystal Addison, is a teacher at Madisonville Junior High. She teaches Project Lead the Way - Gateway to Technology and gifted science for both seventh and eight grade. In addition to coaching this team, she is also the school's cross country team coach.
